We would prefer that you use this method only to assist Old Scarborians who are not web-enabled to join the Old Scarborians Association. For your own application, the on-line method is much simpler and less time-consuming.  (You are, of course, free to use either method.)

Please do the following:

  1. Print out the Application Form. (See Note, below.)

  2. Follow the instructions on the form. 

Downloading/Opening Documents

The application form is in Adobe's portable document format (PDF). To view or print PDF files, you will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you don't already have it, you may download the latest version (6.0) by clicking on the Get Acrobat Reader link, below.

If you are unable to open a document in your browser, try right-clicking on the link, then choose the "Save Target As..." option (or, in Netscape, "Save Link As...") from the menu that will appear. Once the document has been downloaded, Internet Explorer will offer you the option of opening it immediately. If you are using Netscape, you may have to open it as you would any existing file.
