If you know Gordon Askew's other initial (if any), you might want to try a New Zealand White Pages search. The web site is at http://www.whitepages.co.nz/.
A search for g askew, with no location, yields 17 names (with address and phone number). Some have G as the first initial, some as the second.
A Yellow Pages search for physiotherapists yields no Askews.
